Mt Parr has lived in his house in Widnes for 20 years and recently decided to stay there and refurbish the house over moving house. A big part of the refurb was to get a new kitchen and utility room fitted. They called on Frank Kelly, a local kitchen fitter who had worked with Brosna Furniture Components on many projects. Frank advised Mr Parr to visit the Brosna showrooms which displays a wide range of kitchen styles and combinations.
What Brosna Brings
From an initial enquiry Brosna made an onsite visit and surveyed Mr and Mrs Parrs kitchen. After the initial visit we created 3D colour plans and an itemised quote. Leading on from this the client liaised with Brosna via email with additional changes to the deigns, these were then altered and processed to create new plans and quotes until the client was 100% happy with the final plan.
After paying a deposit and agreeing a suitable delivery date Brosna delivered on this date with no delays. However during the course of the kitchen being fitted it was found that 2 doors that should have been frames with glass had arrived as solid doors. This issue when highlighted was resolved within 72 hours. Besides this the job was delivered and fitted on time and the final kitchen exceeded the clients expectations.
