How long will my kitchen/bedroom take to build?
AYour kitchen or bedroom furniture will taken just 7 to 10 days to manufacture once your order has been placed.

What are the delivery options?
AOnce your furniture has been manufactured it can either be collected direct from our warehouse or we can deliver it to your door on one of our vehicles.

What are the payment terms at Brosna?
AOur payment terms are very simple, we ask for a 25% deposit when placing your order with the balance payable upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
AWe accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and cheques subject to Equifax clearance.

Is there a surcharge for credit cards?
ANo, Brosna do not add charges if paying by credit card.

Do you offer finance?
ANo we do not offer finance at the moment but we do accept all major credit cards.

Do you deal directly with the public?
AYes, Brosna deal directly with the public and can provide everything you need to build your own kitchen or bedroom as part of a DIY project.

Do you offer a fitting service?
AWhilst we do not employ our own fitters we have a team of reputable contractors that we can recommend to fit your dream kitchen or bedroom.

Do you offer a design service?
AOur design service is fully included and free of charge to our customers. We will conduct an on-site survey at your home that allows us to provide full colour 3D designs along with an itemised quotation that details very ietm in your order and the associated costs.

Does my kitchen or bedroom come with a guarantee?
AWe offer a 6 year guarantee on our doors bought after Jan 2016 (4 years if bought prior to Jan 2016) and a 20 year guarantee on all cabinets, hinge and drawer fittings, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. All supplied appliances are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty which can be extended at a further cost.

Can I visit your showroom?
AYes, we encourage you to come and visit our showroom which has over 25 displays across 3 floors.
The showroom is open 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 12:30 on Saturdays.

Does your showroom cater for the elderly and disabled?
AYes, we have upgraded our trade counter an showroom facilities to cater for our elderly and disabled customers. We have installed wide, sliding doors and a chairlift that provides access to our upper floors.
