We are proud to offer our customers the best quality made to measure kitchen and bedroom furniture components at the best prices in the business. We can achieve this by manufacturing our products from the ground up in our state of the art factory in our premises in Kirkdale, Liverpool.

Over the years we have continually grown and expanded our factory in both cutting edge machinery and talented, experienced staff to allow us to output furniture components to industry leading standards of quality and finish.

Quality Materials

The quality product that Brosna customers have come to expect starts by the sourcing the best materials in the business as the basis for our highly specified products. Our factory also houses a huge warehousing and stock holding area that allows us to purchase in bulk so that the customer gets the highest quality materials at the lowest possible price. For example we offer a PVC edge as opposed to a brittle melamine edge which is bonded using our state of the art Edge Banding machine.

In 2008 Brosna invested in a Biesse CNC Machining centre which is quite simply the best and most accurate machine available. With a further investment in professional software linked to our CAD workstations we can now take your designs and turn them into reality. The accuracy of the machinery and the over all process means that we can guarantee to our customers that their components and cabinets will fit together with millimetre accuracy ensuring a stress free build every time.

The CNC Machining Centre and pro software also provides maximum efficiency reducing waste and getting the most out of our materials allowing us to pass on the cost benefits to our customers.

All of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets and components that we output in the factory are quality checked at all stages of the manufacturing process. From the handling and storage of our raw materials to the finishing and assembly of cabinets, our team perform stringent quality control tests to ensure we maintain our reputation.

Securely Packaged for Delivery

All the effort and quality control would count for nothing if our units were damaged in transit to the customer. In 2009 Brosna invested in a wrapping machine that can securely wrap assembled units of almost any size. This protects the product from scuffs and scratches whilst keeping the elements at bay when transporting to and from our vehicles.
